Pacific Coastal Men’s Clinic LLC is a telehealth-based concierge men’s health practice specializing in testosterone therapy (TRT), long-term health optimization, and comprehensive wellness for men across Oregon. Continuity is a defining feature of the practice. You work directly with Jerome Siegel, PA-C, building a consistent, one-to-one medical relationship. This allows for a deeper understanding of your goals, more thoughtful adjustments over time, and care that evolves alongside your labs and clinical picture.

Our model prioritizes time and attention. Initial consultations are scheduled for 30 minutes, with follow-up visits also allotted 30 minutes, all conducted through a secure, private telehealth platform. This is not a high-volume practice. We maintain a defined cap on the number of patients we serve to ensure each individual receives the attention necessary to develop and maintain a personalized plan.
