About Jerome Siegel, PA-C, MPAS

Mens Health & Hormone Replacement Therapy

Jerome Siegel, PA

Jerome Siegel, PA-C, brings a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to men’s health, combining clinical precision with genuine care. With experience in men's health, as well as primary and urgent care, he values clear communication, practical solutions, and long-term relationships. His goal is simple: help men feel stronger, think clearer, and perform at their best.

Jerome Siegel, PA-C, is a certified Physician Associate and the Founder and CEO of Pacific Coastal Men’s Clinic, a telehealth-based men’s health practice serving patients throughout Oregon. Since relocating to Oregon in 2020 after completing his medical training, Jerome has developed a deep appreciation for the state’s natural beauty, independence, and strong sense of community — values that reflect the foundation of his practice.

From hiking Silver Falls and camping at Honeyman State Park to driving Highway 101 toward Cannon Beach and spending time in Bend’s mountain air, Jerome has embraced the Pacific Northwest lifestyle. Though a proud native Texan, he now considers Oregon home.

Jerome’s clinical background spans primary and urgent care, with a concentrated professional focus on men’s health, hormone optimization, and long-term vitality. He has managed complex cardiovascular disease, metabolic dysfunction, and acute illness — experience that shapes his disciplined understanding of how testosterone balance, vascular health, body composition, and metabolic markers intersect. His work emphasizes measurable outcomes, structured oversight, and responsible long-term strategy rather than short-term symptom management.

He founded Pacific Coastal Men’s Clinic to practice medicine with greater intention — prioritizing accessibility, continuity, and personalized clinical attention within men’s health.

His approach is grounded in evidence-based medicine and guided by his faith, emphasizing integrity, stewardship, accountability, and treating every patient with dignity and respect.

Outside of medicine, Jerome enjoys exploring Oregon’s outdoors, attending church, and spending time with his wife, Jodi, and their four children.
