Pacific Coastal Men's Clinic provides telehealth medical services to patients located within the State of Oregon. All services are provided by a licensed Oregon healthcare provider.
Telehealth appointments are conducted using secure electronic communication technologies and may include evaluation, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, prescription management, laboratory review, and follow-up care when clinically appropriate.
Telehealth services may not be appropriate for all medical conditions. Patients requiring emergency care should call 911 or seek immediate in-person medical attention.
A provider-patient relationship is established only after completion of an appropriate medical evaluation. Prescriptions are issued only when medically appropriate and in accordance with applicable federal and state laws.
Patients may be referred for in-person evaluation, specialty consultation, laboratory testing, imaging, or emergency care when clinically indicated.
At this time, Pacific Coastal Men's Clinic provides services only to patients physically located within Oregon at the time of their appointment.
